It's Done!

THANK YOU ALL for attending this weekend's 35th reunion festivities! It was great that there were so many new faces mixed in with those who have attended prior reunions. To see our classmates reconnecting and having fun is why the planning committees do what we do. You make it worth the time and effort! And a huge thank you to the classmates/band members who set the tone for the Saturday dinner/dance. The place was rockin!

For those who were not able to attend, you were missed, and we thank you for participating on the Class website, posting bios, comments and providing feedback. We look forward to seeing all of you at the 40th.

This Class website will be available through the 40th reunion so take advantage of it to keep in touch with classmates and update us when you relocate or change your email address.

Class Website -- It's free -- If you have not already registered on the Class site, please do so. You'll receive a WTWoodson email address to keep in touch with fellow classmates and for them to reach out to you. It will link directly to your personal email address. Bios -- check out the Bios on the Message Board and post one of your own. One of the comments heard over and over again this weekend is how much people enjoyed reading everyone's bios.

Photo Gallery -- check it out. There are already pictures up on the site and there are more to come. Feel free to share your photos from the 35th reunion by posting them to the site - follow the instructions below for loading them:

1. "Log Out" via the Message Board.
2. Visit the Picture Gallery, click the "Login" link.
3. Enter your message board credentials (yes, you must be registered on the message board already).
4. Click "Upload File" and follow the instructions.

In an ideal world, this logout/login would not be necessary, but it is due to a bug in the software. It will hopefully be fixed in later versions.

If you need to resize your photos (there is a filesize limit that less than most digital cameras take by default), do it prior to the steps above. If you have many, you might want to utilize a batch processor.

Homestead Studio Suite Hotels has rooms for $60 per night, within a mile of Westfield's. Comfort Suites in Chantilly has rooms for $64 per night, and there are other alternative hotels in the area. Maybe even call a friend or two, bunk up and enjoy a slumber party for old times' sake?
